Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Mockiosa (the “Service”) — including the Framer plugin, the web app, and any related services — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service is operated by Umut Sevinc, registered as a sole proprietor in France.

2. Plans and billing

• Paid plans (Ground, Float, Orbit): billed in USD, monthly, via Stripe. Stripe may display local currency based on your billing country.
• All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal.

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are billed prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

Because subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges, we do not issue refunds for the current billing period once it has started. If your subscription was charged in error (duplicate charge, technical issue), email contact@memselon.com and we'll make it right.

4. License

You retain full ownership of any content (designs, screenshots, videos, exported assets) you create with the Service. For the duration of your active subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and commercial projects, including paid client work. This license terminates automatically when your subscription ends or is cancelled — exported assets you have already produced remain yours.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its assets without explicit written permission.
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of France.
